How a typical run works
For prepaid grocery orders that are already bagged or staged for pickup, we collect and deliver using the standard local rate. If you need us to shop the list, we quote that shopping time separately before starting.
- Tell us whether the order is prepaid and ready for pickup, or whether you need shopping from a list.
- Ready pickups use the standard local rate; shopping time is quoted before we start.
- We collect the bags or complete the quoted errand and deliver to your door.
- We confirm arrival and settle payment by cash, card, or Zelle.

What it costs
Basic delivery rate for prepaid, ready-for-pickup orders. Actual shopping is quoted separately.

Honest limitations
We are not a subscription grocery app. Large warehouse club hauls or specialty cold-chain needs may not be a fit. Talk with us first for heavy or high-volume runs.
Silverline Delivery is a father-and-son team based in Riverside — not a franchise network and not a separate office in every suburb. We still run regularly through Brookfield, La Grange, Countryside, Lyons, North Riverside, Berwyn, Western Springs, and Oak Park.
