How a typical run works
You supply the product and walk us through how each machine should be filled and cleaned. We pick up product when needed, restock the machines, wipe them down, return expired or pulled items if you want that, and handle simple upkeep you have shown us how to do.

What it costs
Regular weekly or multi-stop machine routes are quoted individually based on the number of machines, their locations, and how long each stop usually takes. A one-off restock or check between regular visits can often use standard local delivery rates, plus waiting if a stop runs long.

Honest limitations
We are a local courier team, not factory-certified vending technicians. We do not advertise electrical repairs, refrigeration service, or licensed machine overhauls. Cleaning here means wiping down the machine as part of the visit, not a separate janitorial contract. If something needs a specialist, we will tell you what we noticed.
Silverline Delivery is a father-and-son team based in Riverside — not a franchise network and not a separate office in every suburb. We still run regularly through Brookfield, La Grange, Countryside, Lyons, North Riverside, Berwyn, Western Springs, and Oak Park.

Can you run a weekly route?
Yes. Tell us the locations and a typical stop time, and we will quote a regular schedule.
What does light maintenance include?
Simple care you walk us through—wiping surfaces, checking that items vend correctly, restocking product, and reporting problems. It is not a full technician visit.
Do you bring the product?
Usually we pick it up from your shop or storage and take it to the machines, then bring expired or leftover items back if that is part of the plan.
What if a machine is broken?
We will note what we see and contact you. We do not claim we can repair every fault on the spot.
Can routes start before 8 AM?
Our standard published hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Central. Other start times can be discussed when we quote a regular route.
